Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (hereinafter: Google). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, thus text files placed on your computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is as a rule transferred to a server of Google in the USA and is stored there. Owing to the activation of the IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address is however previously abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and abbreviated there. By order of the operator of this website Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website in order to compile reports about the website activities and to provide further services associated with the website use and the internet use towards the website operator. The IP address transferred by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be aggregated with other data of Google.

The purposes of the data processing lie in the evaluation of the use of the website and in the compilation of reports about activities on the website. Further associated services should then be provided based on the use of the website and the internet. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the website operator.

An opt-out cookie will be installed on your device hereby. The entry by Google Analytics for this website and for this browser will therefore be prevented in future as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

In order to present our contents cross-browser correctly and in a graphically attractive manner we use script libraries and font libraries on this website such as e.g. Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Webfonts are transmitted in order to avoid multiple loading into the cache of your browser. If the browser does not support the Google Webfonts or prevents the access contents will be displayed in a standard font.

The call of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – currently however also unclear whether and, if applicable, for which purposes – operators of corresponding libraries collect data.

You can find the data protection policy of the library operator Google here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API in order to present geographical information visually. When using Google Maps data are also collected, processed and used by Google regarding the use of the map functions by visitors. You can obtain more detailed information about the data processing by Google from the Google-data protection notices. You can also change your personal data protection settings there in the data protection center.

Embedded YouTube videos

We embed YouTube videos on several of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit a site with the YouTube plugin a connection will be established to servers of YouTube. YouTube is therefore notified of which sites you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account YouTube can allocate your surfing behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by previously logging out of your YouTube account.

If a YouTube video is started the provider will use cookies which collect information about the user behaviour.

A person who has deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google-Ad-Programme, will not have to expect any such cookies either when viewing YouTube videos. However, YouTube also places non-personal use information in other cookies. If you would like to prevent this then you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.

You can find further information relating to data protection at “YouTube” in the privacy statement of the provider under: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Social plugins

On our website we offer you the possibility to use so-called “social media buttons”. For the protection of your data we rely on the “Shariff” solution with the implementation. This way, these buttons are merely integrated as a graphic on the website, which includes a link to the corresponding website of the button provider. By clicking the graphic you will thus be forwarded to the services of the respective provider. Only then will your data be sent to the respective providers. If you do not click on the graphic no exchange will take place between you and the providers of the social media buttons. You can find information about the collection and use of your data in the social networks in the respective conditions of use of the corresponding providers. You can find more information relating to the Shariff solution here: http://www.heise.de/ct/artikel/Shariff-Social-Media-Buttons-mit-Datenschutz-2467514.html

We have integrated the social media buttons of the following companies on our website:

Google AdWords

Our website uses the Google Conversion-Tracking. If you came to our website via an advertisement placed by Google a cookie will be placed on your computer by Google Adwords. The cookie for Conversion-Tracking will be placed when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies will cease to be valid after 30 days and do not serve the personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not expired yet we and Google can recognise that the user has clicked on the advertisement and was forwarded to this site. Each Google AdWords customer will receive a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the Conversion cookies serves to create Conversion statistics for AdWords customers, who have chosen Conversion-Tracking. The customers find out the total number of users who have clicked on their advertisement and were forwarded to a site fitted with a Conversion-Tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information, with which users can be personally identified.

If you do not want to take part in the tracking you can reject the setting of a cookies that is necessary for this purpose – for example per browser setting, which generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or set your browser to the extent that cookies are blocked by the domain “googleleadservices.com”.

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not wish to have any recording of measurement data. If you have deleted all of your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie once again.

Change to our data protection provisions

We reserve the right to adjust this privacy statement so that it always corresponds with the current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the privacy statement, e.g. with the introduction of new services. The new privacy statement will then apply to your renewed visit.
