Hog chitterlings and Hog caps – General Information

Our hog chitterlings and hog caps are all obtained from selected and EU-certified slaughterhouses.

Hog chitterlings are common used for the following sausage types:
Meat sausage, Blood and Liver sausage, Dry salami, Cooked Braunschweiger

- Available calibres: 40/50 till 70/+
- Packaging unit: 9 meter bundles / tied

Hog caps are common used for the following sausage types:
Thüringer, Tongue sausage, Blood sausage, Aspic and Aspic sausage
