Hog fatends – General Information

Our hog fatends are all obtained from selected and EU-certified slaughterhouses. Till today they are being handmade cleaned, defatted and selected directly after slaughtering and then preserved in food grade salt.

Hog fatends are common used for the following sausage types:
Cervelats, Liver sausage, Blood sausage, Braunschweiger
