Our beef middles are all produced by selected and certified partner-productions in Brazil and Argentina according to the high CDS-standard.
Till today all of them are handmade cleaned, defatted and selected. Also ready tied available.
They are available in calibre 45/50 till 70/+.
Beef middles are common used for the following sausage types:
Meat sausage, Beef sausage, Lyoner, Mettwurst sausage, Blood, Liver and Onion sausages and various types of Salami-styled sausages
