Beef rounds – General Information
Our beef rounds are all produced by selected and certified partner-productions in Brazil and Argentina according to the high CDS-standard.
Till today all of them are handmade cleaned, defatted and selected.
They are available in calibre 32/35 till 50/+.
Beef rounds are common used for the following sausage types:
Meat sausage, Beef sausage, Lyoner, Mettwurst sausage, Blood, Liver and Onion sausages and various types of Salami-styled sausages
