Our beef caps are all produced by selected and certified partner-productions in Brazil and Argentina according to the high CDS-standard.
Till today all of them are handmade cleaned, defatted and selected.
They are available in calibre 90/100 till 130/+.
Beef caps are common used for the following sausage types:
Aspic, Mortadella, Brawn, gross Liver sausage, Tongue sausage and also various cold cuts with high diameter
