101 Beef tripes scalded and defatted with honeycomb

We offer three product variants:

1. Beef tripes scalded and defatted at 70 °C, black spots cutted off.

2. Beef tripes scalded and defatted at 70 °C, black spots cutted off, sorted by bull and cow.

3. Beef tripes scalded and defatted at 85 °C – 90 °C, hand reworked and inside fat part removed, sorted by bull and cow.

All variants are available with and without honeycomb.

Platefrozen blocks 50x50x10 cm, weight approx. 20–22 kg per block.

Packed on single use wooden pallet (100x100 cm), poly between each layer, 40 blocks per pallet, pallet is stretched.

On your demand we pack the block into boxes.
