The SilberPfeil® Pipe evokes confidence with its unbeatable precision and speed. Overlapped with 30 m per pipe, the SilberPfeil® Pipe is delivered fill-ready or salted in the CDS fresh pack. The brine, specially developed for the SilberPfeil® Pipe, enables the customer to considerably extend the shelf life through freezing. After being briefly softened with warm water, the SilberPfeil® Pipe can be processed immediately. In order to be on the cutting edge in this branch, one must not stand still, but rather persuade with innovative products. It was with this standard that we developed a global innovation – the CDS Safety-Ring. Thanks to this new developement, sausage production is even safer. The secret? A metallized rubber ring holds the natural casing onto the CDS SilberPfeil® Pipe safely and securely until processing. The metallization allows a metal detector to immediately recognize the Safety-Ring if it accidentally happens to get into the sausage.
