Everything began in Crailsheim. Here we built the foundation for the production and processing of our natural casings, for the world class sausage. In order to make CDS natural casings internationally known, we started exploring the global markets early step by step. With the sale of beef feet to Greece in 1980 we opened the floodgates to the export of exotic products. Driven by success, our first production plant was opened abroad only ten years later in Poland. And just seven years afterwards the first joint venture followed in China. The key to our international success? We have always adjusted to the individual requirements of our customers and implemented them in our production. And this shall continue in the future.
