Preparation:
Open the fresh pack, remove the nets, and soak in cold water for 15 minutes to remove the salt. After change to fresh cold water
max. 20 °C and soak the nets over night (12 hours) in the cold store. (at least 2 liters per net).
Use:
1) Remove the net from the cold water and drain the water out. While doing this, the ring on the net has to point down.
2–5) Tear open the net and lay it next to the filling machine. Take out the tube, pull it tight, and pull it onto the filling horn in the opposite direction of the arrow on the sheath.
6–8) Pull the casing end forward slightly and slowly and evenly pull out the sheath. Finally, fill the casing.
